About Us
SWBS Beginnings
SWBS was founded by Lee Williams in 2012. His aim was to create an avenue where collegiate coaches and scouts could see regional kids play through a live stream portal, or in person. His success stories with assisting and advocating for athletes involve moving them up to the next level.
Fast forwarding to 2023, SWBS relaunched and rebranded themselves to take their efforts a step further as a recruting service to aspire athletes throughout the country, and in some cases the world. The SWBS agency headquarters is in Texas, but their services to clients go beyond to other states and regions.
The Process of Promoting
SWBS is about the business of evaluating and promoting athletes with regards to creating a partnership with them. The SWBS network has amassed invaluable knowledge and resources over the years, and by this, they have built a wide network of collegiate coaches, scouts and partners.
Whether in high school or a college transfer, SWBS implements a marketing strategy in the recruiting process that is second to none. The act of recruiting is not a simple process, as the transfer portal is just one aspect of the system of collegiate athletics that has caused many drastic changes.
This is the reason it is critical to recognize all aspects that require an athlete to receive adequate promotion to play at higher levels. The marketing success needed for an athlete involves a combination of people skills, academics, mentoring, interviewing, and formulating a plan for success. Teaching, advocating, and guiding athletes and their families is what we do best!

Our Vision
Our vision is to have a direct effect on the culture of recruiting in college basketball. Building a long-term relationship and providing a support system for high school athletes as well as college athletes needing to transfer or in the portal.

We have affiliations and partnerships with individuals, schools and various entities who are in industries that are relevant to our purpose. There is little need for young athletes to worry about reaching out to the coaches and administrative staff members of their desired college, as we will do this for them.
