Girls Basketball Recruiting
Our recruiting agency is a combination of business aspects and coaching services. We believe that our agency has the necessary business skills and coaching experience and that will get the female basketball player all the way through the recruiting process and into a college basketball program. We aim to establish a close relationship between us (the agent) and any aspiring girl who wants to play at higher level of competition.
Evaluation
Because college basketball is highly competitive, we don't accept every girl. The reason is that we can't risk wasting the time and money from players who don't have what it takes. We want to be fair in our philosophy as a recruiting agency and want to communicate directly with a potential player by taking a critical role in the evaluation process.

It has and will always be our goal to continue to empower our youth. Dedicating countless hours to hone in skills as well as consult with athletes to reach their destination by playing collegiately, as well as professionally. The market for AAU, Club, collegiate as well as professional basketball has exploded, and with that comes more demands from a physical, mental, and health perspective is imperative.
Your willingness to be part of the Family will without a doubt assist in making your goals, dreams and aspirations that supersede your thoughts and plans to take that next step. We over 50 athletes in this whom have and are playing at the college level on scholarships.
What does that equate to?
Well, on average a year of school for tuition, books, room and board would average about $25-30k a year. Southwest Basketball Showcase athletes have and will garner over $6 million dollars of scholarship monies and counting!

These use these skills to present an avenue for the athlete to reach their goals and use a well-planned strategy to succeed. We guarantee positive results. If we don't get a player into a college program , we keep trying. If we can't, we work out a prorated refund. Ultimately however, we do our best to reduce the risk. Every player is different, and we know that ocassionally a player may feel that another direction is needed. Regardless of the outcome, our job of recruiting also involves mentoring.
